Metals class on tap

Rod Cogliati will teach a fun introductory class to metals at the Columbia Falls High School for 10 weeks. The Wednesday night classes run from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Columbia Falls metal shop, starting Feb. 7. Cost is $100. Participants will learn basic oxyacetylene brazing, welding and cutting; electric arc welding — both stick and gas. Other metal working procedures will be done based on student interest.
