Police responded to a complaint of a developmentally disabled person that wouldn’t leave a property. An ex called to report that he had concerns that the man now living with his kids might be a sex offender.
A woman was yelling at a pizza place at other customers, telling them they should watch out or they’d get food poisoning. The woman was charged with disorderly conduct.
A man called to say that his car had been stolen, then he reconsidered, and thought his landlord may have had it towed.
Jan. 10
Vehicle in the ditch on Fourth Avenue West. Police charged the driver with DUI. Complaint of a dog left outside all day long without food or water. Party brought it into her house. Suspicious activity at the a bank. One guy walked in, took a look around and left, then another guy in the same truck came in, took a look around and took a calendar and left. Hound dog on the loose on Diane Road.

Dog at large at Fran Lou Park. Dog knows how to jump the fence.
Jan. 12
Woman called to complain the car she bought was a lemon. The police told her it was a civil matter.
Jan. 13
Report of people racing up and down 1st Avenue East. A party complained that a towing company wanted $400 to return a rig that had been towed after it broke down in the last big snowstorm. A woman claimed another party had her rifle and wouldn’t return it, but then she did return it, so apparently everything was OK.
Jan. 14
Report of a woman passed out in front of her door. She made it into the apartment. Report of a female neighbor “not making sense.” A bag of pot was found in a foyer of a store. Report of a guy asking people for a ride to the Blue Moon. Party wanted him out of the business.
Jan. 15
A woman called to say she’d been hacked and that $200,000 was taken out of her account. Report of an “off the wall” female who kept ringing neighbor’s doorbell. Someone complained that a motorists backed into some shared mailboxes, but hasn’t paid for the damage yet.
