Runner Gabe Knudsen led the boys squad with a ninth-place finish at the Cut Bank time trials last week. Knudsen ran the course with a time of 17:32.76. On the girls’ side, freshman Lara Erickson led the charge with a 13th-place finish, clocking a 22:02.

The Cut Bank course is typically a trying course. It’s usually hot and windy.

The event was a non-scoring race.
