Youth Flint does well at the Fair

Teagen Flint of Columbia Falls has been named the 2017 Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo Exhibitor of the Year.

The 9-year-old member of Grandview Supremes 4-H Club received 23 blue ribbons along with multiple second places. She entered items in rabbits, poultry, floriculture, photography and home culinary competitions. As Exhibitor of the Year, she received a $100 gift card provided by Express Services Personnel.

Each year, the Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo recognizes the individual who was awarded the most blue ribbons in a minimum of five different Open Class departments.

Runner Up was Vincent Hardgrove, 11, who received 16 blue ribbons from six different departments. Second Runner Up was Hannah Werhman, 18, who received 14 blue ribbons in six departments.
