Edward Arthur Lindstrom

Edward Arthur Lindstrom from Columbia Falls passed unexpectedly from a heart attack on Sept. 5, 2017. Ed was born on June 22, 1950 in New Rockford, North Dakota and raised on a farm near Sheyenne, North Dakota. He spent summers in Montana and after attending college in Denver, he moved to Columbia Falls where he viewed the mountains of Glacier Park from his front windows. He worked at the Aluminum Plant until its closure.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Edna Lindstrom and brother, Carroll Lindstrom. He is survived by sister Lauree (Vern) Menk of Maple Grove, Minnesota and his twin sister Lou (DennisTauber) Lindstrom-Tauber of Richmond, Minnesota; sister-in-law Lana Lindstrom of Souris, North Dakota; two nieces Serena (Max) Pontenilla of Seville, Spain and Tena Lindstrom of Velva, North dakota; and one great niece, Gjesenia Gene Pontenilla.

A graveside service was held in Sheyenne, North Dakota at Riverside Cemetery on Saturday, Sept. 16. Following, there was a gathering at Grace Lutheran Church. Columbia Mortuary cared for the family.
