The annual Night of Lights parade and celebration is Friday, Dec. 1 in Columbia Falls with the parade starting at 6:30 p.m. down Nucleus Avenue. Parade forms are available at columbiafallsrotary.com

Parade emcee this year is Chris Motichka of “Music on the Move.” Folks are asked to please not put any Santas on floats; he will arrive at the end of the parade on a truck provided by Western Building Center.

The entrance “fee” for floats is a food donation to the Columbia Falls Food Bank.

The North Valley Senior Center will have a craft fair and bake sale from noon to 8 p.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m. a soup and pie supper. At 4 p.m. until the parade, a violin group will play at the North Valley Community Building.

At the Coop after the parade kids can visit with Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
