A caller complained that was a possible “drug house” on Glacier Avenue. A dog was run over on Martha Road.

Someone called to complain about a person rummaging around in a Dumpster, taking out scrap wood. Turned out the guy had permission to take the scrap. Report of a pair of individuals walking around with guns and ski masks on 11th Street West. It was Halloween, after all.
Nov. 1
Man complained that there was another man drunk in his driveway on Karen Road. Report of a hit and run on Ninth Street West. Minimal damage. Possible theft of a backpack at the library. Woman called, said her daughter was “out of control.”

Someone reported “a big blonde woman” was hurting their mother. Police unable to locate the mother. A gray Cadillac kept spinning brodies on Railroad Street. A person heard someone screaming on Seventh Street West. Someone drove over another person’s lawn at Fran Lou Park.
Nov. 3
A white car had its back door open all night on First Avenue West. Police checked it out. Owner said it was frozen open. People living in a camper on Fourth Street were advised they couldn’t live there anymore. It was against city ordinance. Neighbors were worried about a “drug house” on Columbia Drive.
Nov. 4
Received a complaint that someone might be cutting firewood on private property on Riparian Drive. “Tweakers” reported on Ninth Street West. Report of a pit bull that attacked a woman and her dog near Angie’s Greenhouse. The dog bit her hand and her dog’s tail. The owner of the dog had a bloody face. Police were looking for both.
Reporting party found a bunch of backpacks on First Street East North.
People were arguing at a Martha Road apartment. No kids, but a pit bull was in the apartment.

Complaint from a resident that a man was plowing out a business on U.S. Highway 2 unsafely. A party asked for police help in dropping off children to an house in Martin City, just in case another family member tried to shoot him.
