Grapplers drop Polson
Columbia Falls wrestlers beat Polson in a dual last Thursday, but had a tougher time at the Jug Beck Rocky Mountain Classic in Missoula Friday and Saturday.

At Rocky, Fetters was the lone Wildcat to make the podium, taking fifth. Fetters pinned Manolo Tamez of Nampa, Idaho, in the first period. Role, Windauer and Jake Freeman (182) made it to the quarterfinals in the tourney, which features teams from not just Montana, but Idaho, Wyoming and Washington.
As a team, the MatCats took 19th.
The boys are at home for the first time this season. They wrestled Frenchtown Tuesday after presstime. Next week, they wrap up the regular season, wrestling Whitefish at home Tuesday, then Polson Thursday, with weigh-ins at 5 p.m. The Thursday dual is senior night.
