Two Siberian Husky dogs were scaring students on Fourth Avenue West.

Dec. 7

Police got a call that someone threatened to kill a delivery person because his package hadn’t been delivered. Report of a suicide attempt — person was allegedly trying to “gas themselves out.” Fight on Sixth Avenue West. A guy was trying to start fights at a bar. He left the scene. Report of a woman walking down the street with no shoes on. When police inquired, she said her shoes hurt, so she took them off.

Report of a male beating a female in a Honda Civic on Riverwood Lane. Report of a vehicle that ran over a stop sign and took off on Railroad Street. Border Patrol chased the perp, but he got away. There’s a warrant out for his arrest.

Report of someone playing with and starting fires on Rapids Avenue. Report on an escalating argument between male and female on Fourth Avenue West. Report of a male sleeping near some bikes on Diane Road. A woman called to say her husband had left two 9-year-old twins home alone. A woman called to say a male had taken her truck without her permission. Someone called to complain about dogs in a crate in the back of a pickup. The dogs were fine. Someone called to report a male who may have been involved in an assault in Kalispell hanging around a gas station in Columbia Falls.

Report of a disorderly student at school. School took care of it. Report of a non-injury accident on Nucleus Avenue. Airbags deployed on a Nissan Frontier after it struck a Pontiac Sunfire. Police made contact with a subject that a party thought might be threatening suicide. Person was OK.
