Gustafson, Alexander wed

Ivy Grace Gustafson and Joseph James Alexander were married July 22, 2017 at the bride’s family’s lot on Echo Lake in Bigfork.

The groom’s uncle Russell Alexander, who is a retired minister, flew in from New York to perform the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Monique Gustafson of Bigfork, and the bridegroom is the son of Dale and Diane Farnes of Kalispell.

The bride’s brother Blaine Gustafson was the man of honor; maid of honor was Brooke Sample; the bride’s brother, Turner Gustafson, was junior man of honor; Brady and Cruze Billmayer were ring bearers; the bride’s sister, Tesla Pearl Gustafson, was the flower girl. All reside in the Flathead Valley.

The best men were Justin Dyck of Kalispell and Patrick Ellis of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Mrs. Alexander, a homeschool graduate with the class of 2017, is a full-time student at FVCC pursuing a certificate in firearms technology and tier 1 machinist.

Mr. Alexander, a Whitefish High School graduate with the class of 2007, is the owner of “Seal Team 6,” an asphalt sealcoat company based in the Flathead Valley.

After their honeymoon in Hawaii, the newlyweds will reside in Bigfork.
