Donna M. Hamilton-Mast
Donna M. Hamilton-Mast, 83, passed away Sept. 14, 2016, at Genesis Whitefish Care Center. She was there for a short stay after a fall and “just could not spring back” and “is now home with the Lord.” She was a beloved wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma and will be missed by many.
Donna retired from Columbia Falls Aluminum Company after working there for 13 years. She loved bowling, golf, playing cards, traveling, working in her yard, and her many houseplants. She was a great knitter and also painted many pictures. She passed as she lived with a quiet determination, a gentle spirit, and loving kindness for all that came into her home.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Alfred L. Hamilton; daughter, Bonnie Lynn; parents, Ronald and Evelyn (True) Ingraham; and brothers, Walter Ingraham and Punkie Ingraham.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Mast; brother, Vernon Ingraham; sister, Beverly; daughter, Alfreda Hamilton-Piland; nephew, Rick (Kathy) Miller; niece, Susan (Dave) Daniels; daughter-in-law, Lori Hamilton; stepson, Darell (Ester) Mast; step-daughter, Marilynn (Berry) Mast-Green; grandchildren, Dale (Lena) Westphal, Delane (Joe) Leone, Dwayne (Daphne) Hamilton, Cory (Jessica) Hamilton, and Kelly (Jen) Hamilton; 26 great-grandchildren; and more than ten great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held for Donna at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 22, at Mountain View Mennonite Church, 795 Mennonite Church Road in Kalispell. There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the church. A luncheon will follow services at the church and burial will take place at Glacier Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m.
