LETTER: Don 'K' for Senate District 3

| May 20, 2016 9:00 AM

As we approach the time to vote here in Montana, I have realized it is time to begin a process that I hope resonates across the country, let alone the state. And that is, simply — vote.

It is time to come together and regardless of our personal biases, we need to coalesce behind those who are proven leaders and principled individuals who are willing to step up and serve the communities they live in.

The choices we are confronted with are often difficult to determine as many who wish to serve their country and communities are good, honest and dedicated people so the choices each of us make are often tough but ever so important.

Those of us here in the Flathead Valley are witness to many great people who are ready to sacrifice their time, treasure and labors to work for all of us in our quest for freedom and liberty and the opportunities to succeed for the futures of our families.

I know one such person running for the Montana Senate from District 3. His name is Don “K” Kaltschmidt and his reputation precedes him. He is a dedicated, successful businessman with a penchant for community relations and the strong desire for continued improvement of the quality of life for all who live here.

Don is an amazing entrepreneurial spirit with a zeal for giving back to those around him. He is a devoted husband and father and makes time for his family whenever possible. As a former Marine he believes in country and still maintains a tremendous desire to serve in any way he can. He is a man of great character and integrity and I’m proud to give an unequivocal endorsement for Don “K.”
