Bigfork woman celebrates 100th birthday

CORA REYNOLDS of Bigfork celebrated her 100th birthday at the end of April.
Born on April 28, 1916, Reynolds grew up on a family farm in Beans Creek, North Carolina. She was the third child of eight and helped the family by sewing quilts. Reynolds has lived throughout the nation from Illinois to Alaska.
She finally landed in Bigfork at 75 years old, joining family members who had moved to the Flathead Valley. She is active with the Bigfork Senior Center and her church.
