Verona Harshbarger

Verona Harshbarger, longtime resident of Martin City, passed away Dec. 4. The celebration of life reception will be held at the Leitz Hall in Martin City following the memorial service at the Canyon Community Church. Verona was preceded in death by her sister Marilyn Opalka and her daughter Glenda Alberts. She is survived by her brother Ron Levang, sister Judy Strowbridge, her children Debra Hancock, Sandra Blades, Cliff Harshbarger, Dolly Green, and Holly Harshbarger. She also had 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to an account at Wells Fargo in Verona’s name, to help offset medical and funeral costs.
