First student of the month for 2015-2016 school year named

Sadie Felt has been selected as the first student of the month for the 2015-16 school year by the faculty and staff of Bigfork High School.

Sadie is a senior at Bigfork and the daughter of Jana and Steve Felt. After graduation, Sadie would like to pursue a career in the Culinary Arts. At BHS she enjoys cooking, using numbers, and working out in weight training class. Outside of school Sadie relaxes by making jewelry, riding bicycle, walking her dogs and watching action movies.  

Sadie was nominated for the honor by Mrs. Taylor, who is her history teacher at BHS. Mrs. Taylor said Sadie “always has a good attitude and is willing to work with anyone”.  he also felt that Sadie has developed great confidence and is working hard to get the most of out school.

When she heard the announcement about being selected as student of the month, Sadie said her face turned bright red and everyone in her class was clapping. “I was happy about it!”
