The City of Columbia Falls Study Commission agreed Feb. 23 on the language for a community survey that will gather opinions on the structure and performance of the city government.

An online version of the survey will be available through a Survey Monkey link on the city’s Web site. Hard copies will be available at the Columbia Falls Branch Library and the North Valley Senior Center.

The deadline for input to the committee is March 27. The following is an abridged version of the survey. For more information, contact City Hall at 892-4391.
