CFAC open house next week

The Environmental Protection Agency will hold an open house about the Columbia Falls Aluminum Plant site investigation and cleanup Aug. 5.

EPA staff will be available to answer questions and to discuss current site activities, the Superfund program and how it benefits communities, and how the public can be involved in decision-making related to the site investigation.

The meeting is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Columbia Falls City Hall council chambers. All members of the public are invited to attend.

This will be an informal discussion, and participants may drop in any time during the session. Refreshments will be served.
