House District 3 has been “represented” in Helena by Jerry O’Neil. I put “represented” in quotations because Mr. O’Neil certainly doesn’t represent me or the thousands of other reasonable voters in House District 3.

Mr. O’Neil thinks felons should be able to not only choose a whipping over prison time but to also negotiate with the judge about the severity of the punishment.

We have been represented by someone who has never introduced a bill that has been passed. He has introduced many ideas, all of which have been thrown out at various stages of the process by level-headed, reasonable legislators.

It’s time to send Zac Perry to Helena. Zac will represent his constituents and will not demand to be paid in gold and silver, nor will he allow the Montana Veterans Home to be jeopardized with privatization.

Zac believes in a strong, public school system, unlike the incumbent who has voted against public school funding and against funding the teachers retirement system.

Zac believes in cleaning up the Columbia Falls Aluminum Co. site to prepare the grounds for another industry that can provide jobs and support infrastructure for our community, unlike Mr. O’Neil, who is waiting for someone to magically re-open the plant.

Jerry O’Neil has been held in contempt of court, charged and found guilty of practicing law without a license and found guilty of exploitation of an incapacitated elder in his delusions of being a lawyer.

Promote your community, vote for Zac Perry this election.
