Pamela “Pam” (Maris) Tellesch, 67, passed away Jan. 1, 2014, in Libby, due to respiratory failure.

She was born Nov. 6, 1946, in El Paso, Texas. She was raised in the Flathead Valley and graduated from Columbia Falls High School.

Pam worked for the U.S. Forest Service, most recently at the Hungry Horse Ranger Station.

She is survived by her daughters, Sheila Horton of Coram, and Sharla McCauley, of Missoula; three grandchildren, Cassandra Welch, Dusty Brown and Jessica McCauley; two great grandchildren, Xavier Landa and Shade Brown; a sister, Marsha Ohnstad, of Troy; and her best friend, Sandie Satter, of Coram.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Cremation has taken place. Pam’s ashes will be spread this summer in the Spotted Bear Wilderness.
