| January 22, 2014 1:04 PM

The Bigfork Museum of Art and History is accepting little pieces of art for an upcoming exhibit.

Art should be no larger than 12 inches on the longest side for two-dimensional and three-dimensional work.

The theme is for artists to contribute a piece that shows what they love. Their favorite pet; a beautiful western Montana sunset; Glacier National Park; chocolate cake, or anything  that fits the size requirement. Artists should also submit a short story explaining why they submitted that particular piece.

The museum also encourages artists to submit original Valentine’s cards. The cards should be 4” x 6”, 5” x 5” or 5” x 7”. Drop off days are Feb. 5 from 10 - 5p.m, or Feb. 6 from 10 - 1 p.m. The show runs from Feb. 7 to March 8.
