Tamara “Tammy” Folsom, age 52, passed away Dec. 23, 2014.
Tammy is survived by her husband Jeff Folsom; children Josh and Amanda Folsom; and parents Ravern and Charlotte Hoffman.
Services for Tammy will be held at a later date.
