Kudos to Nicosia for reaching out

This is a letter in praise of Susan Nicosia, Columbia Falls city manager. I wrote a letter with a complaint or concerns to her about a neighbor. I asked that she simply acknowledge the receipt of the letter (as the last one I wrote was ignored) and asked that there be a follow up.

I was pleasantly surprised when she called me, we discussed the situation and she laid out a course of action. The next day, she called and again let me know what the resolution would be.

We had a very pleasant conversation both times, and I very much appreciate her taking time out of her busy day to make contact.

It is this kind of personal touch that makes Columbia Falls such a wonderful place to live.
