Lighthouse Christian Home Fundraiser
The Lighthouse Christian Home’s biggest fundraiser of the year, the Valentine’s Day swing dance and auction, is set for Feb. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Red Lion Hotel in Kalispell.
Tickets can be purchased at Bigfork Drug in Bigfork, Southside Consignment and Snappys in Kalispell, Glacier Bank and Sam McGoughs in Whitefish or by calling the Lighthouse at 857-3276.
AARP Driver Safety Class
NW Montana AARP Driver Safety Class will be held at the Bigfork Senior Center on Feb. 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call 837-4157 to register.
Youth Movie Night
Lakeside Baptist Church will host a free youth movie night with free pizza and popcorn for kids ages 10-15 at Lakeside Baptist Church, 201 Ben’s Lane, on Friday at 7 p.m.
Friday Night Youth Events will be held on the first Friday of every month. For more information call 844-3006.
E-Reader Class at WSCL
The West Shore Community Library is offering a free E-Reader class on Monday, Feb 4 at 4 p.m.
Call 844-3917 to reserve a spot, space is limited.
WSCL is also currently offering Story Hour at the Library on Mondays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Certified Therapy Dogs, Bailey and Teigen, will be at the WSCL for story hour on Monday, Feb 18 at 10:30 a.m.
Fiddlers Jam Session
The Montana Old Time Fiddlers will hold their monthly gathering at the Bigfork Inn, 604 Electric Ave., on Saturday Feb. 9 from 2-5 p.m.
Fiddlers, guitarists and banjo players of all skill levels are welcome to play along, and listeners are welcome too.
