Police calls: Zebra truck seems suspicious
Monday, Jan. 7
9:52 p.m. A suspicious truck with zebra stripes was seen driving erratically, and slowly cruising Stumptown Loop.
Tuesday, Jan. 8
10:38 a.m. Money was allegedly stolen from a purse at a bar on Baker Avenue.
2:33 p.m. A man withdrew $200 from an ATM on U.S. 93 South but forgot to take the money with him. He realized he forgot the money when he got home. He called the store with the ATM, but the money was gone.
4:29 p.m. A vehicle was seen driving in the wrong lane on U.S. 93 South.
5:39 p.m. A verbal disturbance took place on Wisconsin Avenue.
Wednesday, Jan. 9
9:16 a.m. Cash was reportedly stolen from a vehicle on Baker Avenue.
12:15 p.m. A small child was reportedly unrestrained while riding in the front seat of a car.
11:40 p.m. An intoxicated man walked though a home on Woodland Place.
Thursday, Jan. 10
5:10 a.m. The front door of a home on Shiloh Avenue was kicked in. Some items were stolen.
12:10 p.m. A woman told police her identity was stolen.
1:39 p.m. A woman reported a suspicious man working on the electrical system of a building on Shiloh Avenue. The man was a maintenance worker.
3:15 p.m. A husky dog on Colorado Avenue chased a man’s cat onto his roof. The dog owner was given a verbal warning.
6:53 p.m. A suspicious man wearing all black was seen carrying a black bag around the neighborhood on Mountain Park Drive.
7:11 p.m. A woman reported her house on West 3rd Street was broken into for the second time in a week. She reported footprints to and from the window, the blinds were bent and curtains a mess in her bathroom.
7:47 p.m. A woman on West 3rd Street said her landlord chased a person from her front lawn. It was reportedly either a child or a little person.
Friday, Jan. 11
8:55 a.m. Money and prescription drugs were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Lupfer Avenue.
11:32 a.m. A man in a green truck reportedly siphoned gas from a vehicle on U.S. 93 West.
12:11 p.m. A piece of paper was found on Baker Avenue that appeared to be deranged writings, possibly making threats toward law enforcement.
8:51 p.m. A fire was reported on the deck of a pavilion at a city park. It appeared that someone tried to blow up a microwave.
Saturday, Jan. 12
12:44 a.m. A patient at the hospital was given IV narcotics and told to wait in the lobby for a ride. The man left driving his own vehicle.
3:24 a.m. A man told police he picked up his sister from a lodge on Wisconsin Avenue and noticed she was acting weird. He said she was possibly given drugs from five men. She couldn’t remember what room number she was in.
6:05 p.m. A verbal disturbance between two women was reported on Iowa Avenue.
Sunday, Jan. 13
1:13 a.m. A woman was throwing water on her roommate. She was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
12:46 p.m. Suspicious footprints were seen in the snow near homes on Mountain Park Drive.
2:04 p.m. It appeared that somebody was driving through yards on Mountain Park Drive.
6:21 p.m. Two men were fighting on Lakeside Blvd.

12:53 a.m. A blond skinny man was knocking on doors of apartments on Wisconsin Avenue.
