Monday, April 15

11 a.m. An iPhone and hat were stolen from the mens locker room at the Wave.

Tuesday, April 16

11:57 a.m. Vehicles were using West 3rd Street as a cut across to avoid road construction.

2:47 p.m. A suspicious man was looking through cars on U.S. 93 South.

4:19 a.m. A man upset about losing his lip ring punched a vehicle window.

6:31 p.m. A 3-year-old was accidentally locked inside a vehicle.

11:47 p.m. Suspicious screaming was heard on East 4th Street.

Wednesday, April 17

3:50 a.m. Chain saw noises were heard on Lupfer Avenue. It was the city street sweeper.

6:49 a.m. A bear tipped over a garbage can at a home on Texas Avenue and dragged it into the neighbor's yard.

10:09 a.m. Drivers were cutting through Lupfer Avenue to avoid a construction zone.

7:28 p.m. A man on Ashar Avenue said his mom threw him to the ground and messed up his knee. The man was lying in the front lawn.

10:29 p.m. An man was banging on his ex-girlfriend's front door on Hazel Place.

Thursday, April 18

12:43 p.m. Teachers said they would deal with a few juveniles who were shouting obscenities at the school.

7:08 p.m. A driver was having a seizure when he crossed the median on U.S. 93 South and nearly hit several other vehicles.

7:10 p.m. Police were looking for a man on Haugen Heights who has a warrant out for his arrest. The man ran into a home then shut and locked the door. Police eventually spoke with the man through a window.

8:41 p.m. An intoxicated woman with two children was seen stumbling into traffic on Wisconsin Avenue.

Friday, April 19

7:31 a.m. A woman wanted to know more about her daughter’s arrest before bailing her out of jail.

1:25 p.m. A tiny three-legged dog wearing a brown and white sweater was at large on Park Avenue.

6:07 p.m. Multiple shots were heard on East 2nd Street.

Saturday, April 20

1:15 a.m. Officers were approached by a group of women who said they were assaulted inside a bar on Central Avenue.

2:38 a.m. Police arrested a man on Central Avenue for open container and resisting arrest.

3:52 a.m. A resident saw kids at the beach being loud and possibly getting into his truck. He told police someone needs to investigate the scene before he got out his 45 mm pistol.

11:54 a.m. A Dodge Challenger was seen driving more than 100 mph on Highway 40.

5:19 p.m. A homeless man was walking in the middle of U.S. 93 West.

9:28 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing a vehicle on Central Avenue side-swiped by a Crown Victoria.

10:19 p.m. A resident reported seeing a large fire up in Iron Horse. It was just lights reflecting off low clouds.

Sunday, April 21

2:02 p.m. A teenage girl threatened suicide because her parents were going to sell her car. Police counseled both the girl and her mother on life lessons.

2:23 p.m. Kids were sending prank text messages. Police called the kids and told them to stop.

3:52 p.m. A woman said she was jumped by another woman on Central Avenue. She was thrown to the ground and her hair was pulled.
