Jeannie Renee Cook, 48, died Feb. 29, 2012, at her home in Columbia Falls.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, at Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the Rainbow Bar, in Evergreen.
