Bryson Krissie

Bryson Micheal Krissie, 18, of Dexter, Ore., died June 7, 2012, of a vehicle-pedestrian hit-and-run accident.

He was born July 28, 1993, in Eugene, Ore., to Thomas Krissie and Jackie Varnum. He graduated from Pleasant Hill High School and was a volunteer fireman in Dexter and a student at Lane Community College.

He is survived by his mother Jackie Varnum and stepfather Dan Boaz, of Dexter; his father Thomas Krissie and stepmother Christy Krissie, of Columbia Falls; brothers Mathew Boaz and Andrew Boaz, of Dexter, and William Bailey, Dakota Krissie and Trisan Krissie, of Columbia Falls; sisters Alicia Varnum, of Dexter, and Misti Dawn, of Aumsville, Ore.; and many grandparents.

Memorial services took place at West Lawn Memorial Funeral Home, in Eugene, Ore., on June 16, 2012. Remembrances can be made to the Dexter Fire Department.
