Agnes Rupert

Agnes "Aggie" Patricia Long Rupert, 59, passed away Jan. 5, 2012, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Aggie was born March 7, 1952, in Columbia, Pa., to Tom and Agnes Long. She lilved in Hungry Horse for the last 24 years and spent most of her career in the restaurant world. She was co-owner and chef of the Hide Away in Hungry Horse, Rawhide Restaurant in West Glacier and Elkhorn Grill in Hungry Horse.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Kevin; sons Jeremiah and Thomas; daughter Kareana; sisters Margaret Foster and husband Mike, of Helena, and Tommie Schleinger, of Billings; brothers Bob Long and wife Kathy, of Dallas, Texas, and Andy Long, of Issaquah, Wash.; sister-in-law Lori Butler, of Denver; in-laws Ken and Kathy Rupert; brother-in-law Chuck Alguire; and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Services will be at a later date.
