James Dvorak

James Hubert Dvorak, 52, formerly of Columbia Falls, died Agu. 2, 2012, at his residence in Helena.

He is survived by his parents, Don and Florence Dvorak, of Columbia Falls; daughters Naomi Hall, of Connecticut, Dawn Cole, of Utah, and Melissa Dvorak, of Utah; and sons Danny Dvorak and Jesse Dvorak, of Idaho.

Graveside services took place at Woodlawn Cemetery, in Columbia Falls, on Aug. 8, 2012, led by Rev. Don Bergstrom.
