Audrey Jacobson

Audrey Jacobson, 83, a longtime resident of the Hi-Line area and a former resident of Columbia Falls, passed away peacefully of natural causes on Aug. 5, 2012, in Rockport, Texas.

She was born in Calvin, N.D. on Sept. 21, 1928, and moved to Montana with her family during the Depression. She married Gene Jacobson on Oct. 1, 1949.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gene and her son Jay, who recently passed away.

Audrey is survived by sons Terry Jacobson and wife Beverly, and Greg Jacobson and wife Lori; brothers Allan and Del Gage; sister Marilyn Parker; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

A memorial service for both Audrey and Jay will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
