Gillan knows what hardworking Montanans need to make a living

Thanks to Senators Jon Tester and Max Baucus. They care about the hard working Montanans. They helped pass the bill in the Senate that will keep tax cuts for those making under $250,000.

This week, July 30 through Aug. 3, the U.S. House is getting ready to vote on an extension of the Bush-era tax cuts.

What is Rep. Rehberg going to do?

Watch for his vote. Is the U.S. House going to continue holding the hard working Montanans tax breaks hostage in order to get an extra payoff for millionaires.

That has to change. We need a hard working Montanan to represent us in the U.S. House. We need a woman who is in touch with families living on $40,000 a year, working long hours.

You know and I know, the Bush-era tax cuts impacted this current recession.

The money at the top did nothing to create jobs.

The proof is right before us. Countless people lost their jobs, so there is less money in circulation.

The big corporations and money makers just got greedier and put their tax breaks in off-shore accounts and “who knows where”.

The trickle down economics has failed. It has never worked and it will never work.

Montana Candidate for the U.S. House, Kim Gillan, knows that.

How can Rep. Rehberg explain his vote when he continually votes against the hard working Montanans?

Does he really know what it is like to lose a home?

Does he really know what it is like to tell his family, “no, we can’t go on vacation this year,” because the parents have to work three low income jobs?

Does he really know what it is like when something breaks, it is fixed with duck tape instead of being able to replace it?

Does he really know what it is like to tell a suffering child they have to wait hours in an emergency room to get medical help because they can’t afford to go to a doctor’s office.

Rep. Rehberg is far removed from the realities of Montana families struggling to make ends met.

It’s time to change. We need a woman in our congressional seat in the U.S. House.

That woman is Kim Gillan.

Her experience in the Montana Legislature has carved the way to know what the hard working Montanans need in order to make a decent living and be self-supporting. “Kim Gillan for Congress.” Look her up on her website.

She’ll get my vote and I hope she’ll get yours too.
