Roberts II passes the 'Godfather test'

What is wrong with government? We keep electing successful people, yet nothing ever changes.

For example, let’s take Senate District 3. We have four candidates including incumbent Bruce Tutvedt. All are arguably “successful” people. So how do we choose the best person?

Perhaps we should look at candidates from a different perspective. There are jobs more important than senator. Let’s say you and your spouse were trying to choose the best Godparents for you precious newborn. How important would “successful” be compared to qualities such as honesty, character and integrity? How rare are these latter qualities? Try finding them in Helena.

I am not here to disparage Sen. Tutvedt and the other candidates. But I am here to speak about Rollan Roberts II. I can tell you that Rollan is the type of guy whom I would choose as my newborn’s Godfather. Anyone would be proud to have Rollan for a son, son-in-law, brother, God-fearing man, husband and Father. Sure Rollan has been successful in building businesses and creating new jobs. That is fine, but I am supporting Rollan Roberts II because he passed my “Godfather test”.
