Stop painting ice

To the editor,

This is just a request to those persons who continue to feel the need to dump paint or dye over the ice fall in Bad Rock Canyon at Berne Park. Please quit it. You’d save yourselves a batch of money not buying paint and a number of hours replenishing the dumping. A whole lot of the rest of us would be able to appreciate a clean chunk of ice. I’ve checked and I’m not the only one who would rather see clean ice on my daily drive. It’s really very pretty when it’s clean and truly doesn’t need any embellishment.
