Dean B. Haworth
Dean B. Haworth, 53, passed away Sept. 2, 2010, at Whitefish Care and Rehab. He was born March 30, 1957, in Billings to Richard and Beverly Haworth.
The majority of his working life, he was a carpenter who took great pride and satisfaction in the work he did. He always strove to make each customer fully satisfied with each job he performed, as this was of great importance to him.
In his free time he enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, books, music (both listening to and playing his guitar), NASCAR racing, the Denver Broncos and spending time with family and friends.
Dean was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, his uncle Rick Brewington, and his second mom, Carol Haworth. He is survived by his companion and best friend, Tanna Speed, and her son, Jason Speed and fiancee Michelle Stroupe, who all had a great love and respect for one another; also his mother, Beverly Hunt and Al Samson; father Richard Haworth; daughter, Kelly Richardson and Buck; sons, Dylan Haworth and Royce McCann; aunt, Adele Siddle; eight grandchildren; also Tanna's parents, Bubbles Grundstrom and Andy; Tanna's father, Jack Owens; and Tanna's brothers, John and Dave Owens, whom Dean considered family and they likewise.
A memorial for Dean will be Sunday, Sept. 19 at 2 p.m. at the Columbia Bar.
Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls.
