Skees best candidate for Montana HD4

I am publicly announcing my support for Derek Skees, Republican candidate for Montana House District 4.

I have met Derek multiple times over the past several months to discern his character and his philosophy of government. As a result of these meetings, I have determined that Derek is a student of history, political philosophy, and economics, and that he believes the best form of government has been provided to us by our founding fathers. He is a believer in state sovereignty, and he is a staunch supporter of Montana's 10th Amendment rights. Derek is an advocate of individual rights and personal responsibility, who understands that you don't grow out of a recession by stealing from one neighbor to redistribute to another.

Because he works in the private sector, he appreciates the upstream battle small businesses fight everyday in Montana due to unnecessary government red tape and burdensome taxation.

Derek is a family man, with three children and two grandchildren, who believes it is immoral to enslave the next generation with irresponsible government debt and deficit spending.

I respect that Derek is a man of character. He is guided by his faith and the admiration of his family. Because I know his guiding principles, I believe I can predict how he will vote on every issue. He demonstrates both courage and conviction when defending his ideals, and he will fight for his principled positions. This is a refreshing assurance when many politicians are guided instead by special interests and opinion polls.

Derek Skees is the best candidate running for Montana House District 4. I encourage all eligible citizens to vote for Derek and to support him both during and after the upcoming election. With Derek's leadership and our teamwork, we can ensure that Montana will continue to be the last best place.
