Thank you Whitefish
As Thanksgiving approaches, I send a
note of gratitude to the city of Whitefish for all it has given me,
taught me and meant to me for the last 13 years. My husband Scott
and I have recently moved to Lake Mary Ronan and will begin anew
the process of fitting in to a new community and saying goodbye to
an old one.
Looking at Whitefish through the
rear-view mirror, I see a town chock-full of interesting, committed
and supportive people. It’s a good thing for me that the drive will
be a short one for visits. I have no intention of letting go
completely of a town I love so much.
Special thanks go out, of course, to
all who dared to cross the threshold of Wasabi — our customers,
purveyors and, most of all, our fabulous staff. A community like
Whitefish makes risk-taking possible, and the support and
encouragement we received throughout the years gave us so much
strength and motivation.
Being part of a community that pays
such close attention to the well-roundedness of its members has
been a real inspiration for me. I am a better person for having
lived in Whitefish, and I thank you all for the privilege. Anyone
who wants to get a hold of us can call 849-6465.
