from time to time. He spent a lot of time playing golf with his

brothers and once traveled most of the U.S. with a friend, working

from town to town as a carpenter.

Bruce married Cindy Knoble in

Minneapolis in 1976 and returned to Whitefish, where he opened an

automobile body and paint shop. He also worked for Burlington

Northern Railroad and did construction work. He later met Wendy

Wilson in Arizona. They were married on Oct. 6, 1995.

Bruce is well known for playing the

Easter Bunny for 18 years, delivering 60-70 Easter baskets each

year to elderly at their homes and at nursing homes.

He was preceded in death by his father,

brother Tommy House, stepfather Edward Childers and

grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, in

Whitefish; brothers Sam House and wife Sue, of Columbus, Neb., Dean
