Vermiculite

Upon the advice of the first-responding police officer, photographs were taken of Richard Newbury's workers, the equipment used, the makeshift trailer utilized for collection, and the resulting vermiculite dust polluting the air on East 10th Street.

Six homeowners filed complaints against Richard Newbury. To date, not one of us has answered the door, a phone call or received a letter from Complete Restoration or its representatives offering asbestos test results, help with clean up or restoration of our properties.
