Reservation wildlife board meets July 22

The Flathead Reservation Fish and Wildlife Board will meet on Wednesday, July 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Polson City Library at 2 First Av. East in Polson. Major items on the agenda include bird hunting regulations, and the FWP state 2008 accomplishments and planned 2009 projects report. According to Board Chairman Sid Rundell, the public is encouraged to attend and ask questions or express their views.

The Flathead Reservation Fish and Wildlife Board includes three state members, three CSKT members, and one member from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. It was established pursuant to the State/Tribal agreement on managing fish and game birds within the boundaries of the reservation.
