Guy Winkler

Guy W. Winkler, 82, died Feb. 18, 2009, at his home in Whitefish.

He was a retired commercial airline pilot.

He is survived by his wife Mildred Winkler and his children Cheryl Winkler, Michael Winkler, Cynde Bohannan, Lynda Altenburg, Duane Winkler and Judy Tintzman.

A mass of Christian burial took place at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, in Whitefish, on Feb. 21, 2009.

Burial followed at Glacier Memorial Gardens, with full military honors provided by the Montana National Guard and the United Veterans of the Flathead Valley.
