William Long

William "Bill" Chester Long, 58, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at his home in Columbia Falls.

He was born on Dec. 19, 1950, in Polson to William Keith and Dorothy Drebes Long.

Bill is survived by his wife Mary Kay Long of Columbia Falls; his father, William (Diane) Long of Great Falls; mother Dorothy Drown of Kalispell; brother Dan (Deb) Long of Columbia Falls; sister Linda (Marty) Martinez of Great Falls; sons William Joseph (Heather) Long of Kodiak, Alaska, Keith Arther Long of Columbia Falls, Maynard William Long of Columbia Falls, and Kenneth Wayne Bloor of Longbeach, Wash.; daughter Wendy Kay (Tom) Morin of Polson; and 11 grandchildren.

A celebration of his life was held at the home of Dan and Deb Long, 2160 Tamarack Lane in Columbia Falls on Saturday, Aug. 1.

Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls was in charge of the arrangements.
