Trout Unlimited sponsoring fly tying classes

Starting on Jan. 12, and continuing for five consecutive Monday evenings, the Flathead Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited will conduct free fly tying classes for anyone interested. The classes will be held at Kalispell Middle School, 205 Northwest Lane, starting at 7 p.m. in the school library.

All the necessary materials will be furnished at no charge. Students should bring their own tools and vises. Loaner tools and vises will be available if needed.

Everyone is welcome; youngsters should have an adult with them. There will be both beginner and advanced instruction. Again this year there will be ladies-only classes in beginning and advanced fly tying.
