CFHS winter sports meeting Tuesday

Columbia Falls High School will hold an orientation/information meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 13 for all parents and athletes who are planning on participating in boys basketball, girls basketball and wrestling during the 2007-08 school year. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the CFHS Little Theater.

Training rules, school policies and tryout policies will be covered, among other topics.

The meeting agenda:

? 6 p.m. — General meeting run by activities director John Thompson.

? 6:30 p.m. — Individual coaches meet with parents in their particular sport, sharing their own policies, philosophies and concerns.

? 7 p.m. — Conclusion of all meetings.

This meeting corresponds with parent/teacher conferences that will be occurring the same evening. Parents and athletes are encouraged to attend. Questions can be directed to Thompson at 892-6500, ext. 226.
