Call for cleanup

Nearly every business is neat and clean in our downtown; the merchants do a good job of making us proud. There are four lots, though, that are disgusting.
Across the street north of Casey's Bar, the lot with the tree and tiny shack, there is always debris.
The lot and vacant building that used to be Truby's is a real eyesore.
The lot next to Craggy Range is dirty and looks ugly, and the broken fence next to the law office on the corner of Central Avenue and Second Street needs to be mended. The sidewalk there is never maintained.
Is there no city ordinance that requires the owners to keep there places neat and clean?
