Rockford Plawman

Rockford Alan Plawman, 16, passed away Nov. 25, 2007, in Whitefish.

He was born June 25, 1991, in Portland and raised in Whitefish. He attended Muldown Elementary and Whitefish Central School, Whitefish High School and Glacier High School.

He was currently attending Laser School full time while also maintaining a full-time job. He was a dedicated Taco John's employee.

Rockford enjoyed youth group activities and was always helpful to everyone who asked in the community.

He enjoyed skateboarding and building things with wood, loved horses, music and electronics, and loved people, laughter and life. He was accepting of all people.

Rockford was a good brother, son, grandson and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, James Plawman, of Whitefish, and Bonnie Plawman, of West Bend, Wis.; his brothers and sisters, Dustin Britz, of Portland, Safron Britz, of Whitefish, and Hope Plawman and Faith Plawman, both of West Bend; and his grandparents, Joanne Thomas, of Arizona, and Jim Plawman, of Montana.

Cremation has taken place. Services were held Dec. 1, 2007, at the Whitefish Assembly of God Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the Plawman Memorial Fund, in care of Whitefish Assembly of God.
