NVH fundraising close to goal

| April 5, 2007 11:00 PM

As chairwoman of the North Valley Hospital's Capital Campaign, I would like to thank all the supporters of this wonderful project for their generosity. The campaign is drawing to a close and brought in $5.8 million.

As the committee met with North Valley residents in homes and businesses during the last three years, it was very apparent just how important North Valley Hospital is to the fabric of the communities.

More than 800 donors "put their money where their hearts are." Not only is the hospital of utmost importance to full-time residents, but also to people who do not make Montana their full-time homes and are supporting projects in other cities.

Because of the visions and leadership of Craig Aasved, Carol Blake, and the North Valley Hospital Board, the community of North Valley now has a state-of-the-art medical facility to care for all.

I'd like to extend an open invitation to all, including city officials, who have not taken the opportunity to tour the new hospital. Thanks again for your generous support. Here's to your continued good health.
