We need to keep Verdell Jackson in the Legislature as a state senator. He has a track record of addressing critical issues with thoroughness and knowledge. His research on issues includes achieving depth of understanding concerning critical issues, their past history, and related results measurement. His decisions are based upon thorough analysis of possible alternatives to problem solving. Having been a school superintendent he understands the need for quality teacher and student performance as well as efficient use of funding in the interests of achieving the best possible education for our children.

In addition to being a businessman, Verdell was Alaska State Director of Business Education which included training throughout the state at secondary and university levels. The business approach to budget management, productivity and accountability is much needed in tax-funded operations and careers.

If we want a senator who strives to achieve the greatest value for our tax dollar and works hard in the interests of all the people, not just the chosen few, we must vote for Verdell.
