Personal attacks and extreme allegations

| March 29, 2006 11:00 PM

For the last few years I have made personal attacks on our government-our three branches of Montana's government. These attacks I make can be supported by evidence-conclusive evidence, and if any one of our government agencies looked at my evidence they would find beyond reasonable doubt that my extreme allegation is supported by our constitutions and statutory laws.

Now I demand of the so-called Republicans to show and prove that their extreme and personal attacks on Rep. Verdell Jackson are true.

I have known Mr. Jackson for about two years. I know through my knowledge and experience from going to public meetings where I witness him taking a stand on our property rights. I go to these public meetings to find out where are all our good men and women who will stand up for our constitutional rights.

I have read his bills and seen him in action to protect we the people as a whole and not just the select few taking on Avista to protect your water rights, i.e., property rights.

I know of some of his experience of government abuse through our county government.

Our legislative branch of government refuses to hear my complaints about the other two branches of our government and refuses to take action on public servants that violate my rights and violated the constitutions of the U.S. and Montana.

This kind of attack is uncalled for, for it does harm the party and the trust of the people.

So put up or shut up. I am willing to put up to anyone that will be fair and just.
