Ron was born Nov. 6, 1986, in Kalispell. He was employed in the restaurant industry.

Ron attended Whitefish schools through his freshman year. He went to Columbia Falls High School for his sophomore, junior and senior years, and graduated from CFHS in 2005.

While growing up, Ron enjoyed working summers at Big Sky Waterpark in Columbia Falls. He was recently employed at the Outback Steakhouse in Billings. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.

Ron loved the outdoors. He was happiest snowboarding, fishing or hunting. He loved to jump in the river and swim, play folf (Frisbee golf), shoot pool, hangout with friends, make people laugh, listen to music, and sleep in until 1 p.m.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Ruth Dodge.

Ron is survived by his mother and father Rose and Roger Elliott, of Columbia Falls; his sister Melissa Dodge, of Whitefish; his dad Ronald L. Dodge, of Thompson Falls; grandparents Alvin and Theda Coombes, of Missoula, Clarence Wayland Dodge, of Thompson Falls, Roger and Grace Elliott, of Kalispell; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family members. All are deeply affected by his loss and will miss him and his smile dearly.

To my son,

"Remember that you are not alone, my love is always there. The challenge that defines your life, my heart will gladly share. You are on a voyage into time, a trip to somewhere new. You may not always see me there, but I'll be there with you."

Love Mom
