Not in good taste

Myself, other Montana natives and people in the Bigfork area find the signs posted around our community about "Pooping in your own back yard" to be very offensive and not of a Montana spirit or mentality. I can hardly believe that such a low mentality would be demonstrated on signs in a community like it has. These signs have been a deplorable welcome mat for visitors and truly do not represent of the area's mentality or Montana spirit, but show a mentality lower than the elementary school level.

People, transient or not, need to realize that because this is such a nice area, it is going to have a lot of demands placed on it. As a native it was hard to watch the valley change, but we learn to accept life and enjoy it to its full, not to waste our life fighting.

People need to realize that they are not going to stop progress or others from moving in. Though some may try to get in the way, they will either be run over or circumvented while their focus is pointed; but they will not stop progress or people from coming.

Posting signs around the community about "Pooping in your own yard" was an offensive act that surely must have come from uneducated transients with IQs lower than the sewer system they oppose. The Bigfork community deserves an apology from these unsuccessful people, but I'm sure that none of the lowly cowards will come forward but will hopefully slither away.

I urge people of the community who might know these folks to ask them to be a little forthright and please remove their offensive signs from our wonderful community. It's not the representation we want; let's keep our "pooping" private!

Life is short so it's best to enjoy it while we can; is that not why you came here?
